These are the terms you agree to when you use HolidayCurb and place an order with us. The wording below is a placeholder while our final terms are being prepared.

The finished document will describe what you can expect from HolidayCurb and what we expect from you: how orders and installation dates are booked, how pricing and payment work, how cancellations and rescheduling are handled, what happens to the decorations we install and take down, and how disputes are resolved.
None of that is written here yet. Treat this page as a marker for where those terms will live, not as the terms themselves.
What applies in the meantime
Until the final text is published, the specifics of your order are the ones shown to you when you placed it — the package, the price, the installation window and the notes on your confirmation — together with anything our team has confirmed to you in writing.
When the real Terms of Service are published, this page will be replaced in full and the "last updated" date above will change.
